Fusion Van Furniture accepts returns within 30 days of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs, adequate packaging, and insurance of the return shipment. All items must be returned in a saleable condition to the address below:

Custom-designed or custom-made furniture is non-refundable, unless the item is found to have a manufacturing fault.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of inspection. Any items returned damaged or deemed unsaleable will not be refunded. If the customer requests the item to be returned to them, postage costs will be charged.
