Q. How long will my ply lining kit take to arrive?
A. Ply lining kits are made to order. Our lead time changes weekly and can be seen on the banner when you head to the shop or visit the website.
Q. Does a carpet lined ply lining kit take longer to arrive.
A. Yes. First we make the ply lining kit, it is then inspected and finished, we will then carpet line your kit. Once complete it is carefully packaged and booked with the courier fro collection.
Q. Can the ply lining kits be used in my van just as the have arrived.
A. Whilst you could install them straight away, the standard ply lining kits are designed to be carpet lined before installing. These panels are made from 3.6mm Plywood with a Poplar core. Some imperfection on the ply faces is expect with most plywood so you may see some parts filled from the manufacturer. When we manufacture the panels they are are inspected prior to going to finishing, if there are any imperfections, these will be filled and sanded to give you a smooth finish for your carpet lining.
If you are looking for panels that are suitable to installed without carpet lining, please look at our Vohringer panels or the Birch Plywood panels which can be installed straight out the box!

A. Yes, we have worked in the camper conversion industry for many years and supplied many parts to trade and retail customers.
