Standard Delivery
Items despatched via standard delivery will be sent on economy delivery dependant on the parcel size.
Small Parcels will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class
Large Parcels over 1kg will be sent via a courier service (FedEX)
Priority Parcels will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or FedEx Priority service
Lead Times
For Stocked items we aim to dispatch your item within 1 working day.
If you need your items quicker, please select the priority delivery service at the checkout these orders take priority over non priority orders that day. Your service will also be upgraded to Royal Mail 1st Class or FedEX Priority Service.
Manufactured “Cut” Parts
Any manufactured parts such as Ply Lining Kits, Furniture Bed Kits and Carpet Lined parts will be a longer lead time and are generally made to order. Please see the site notice when you visit the shop for current lead times on parts.
