Made from 3.6mm plywood, this kit is perfect for carpet lining to install in your day van or camper.
Each kit is CNC routed in-house and hand finished, exactly the same as the ones we use in all our camper conversions!
We have developed this ply lining kit to work perfectly in the Ford Transit Custom when carpet lined.
Extra clearance for carpet on the edges and allowance for carpet on the centre join makes this kit easier to install.
This kit is CNC cut, hand finished on the edges and is designed to fit perfectly in your Transit Custom.
We recommend using longer trim clips than factory standard if carpet lining.
The plywood material is durable and long-lasting, providing you with a sturdy and reliable roof panel.
This kit is ideal for carpet lining for your own camper or day van conversions.
