The Fusion front kitchen pod includes space for a CRX50 or equivalent fridge with a cupboard or drawer above.
Also included on the right is a cupboard space for larger items.
All drawer runners (if applicable) are the latest “Hafele Modern Drawer” design as used in our camper builds. These have smooth operation and closing without any slamming or rattling of other drawer systems on the market. Each drawer has a load capacity of up to 35kg!
The draws have full adjustment on the front to line up your shut gaps perfectly.
Materials and Specifications
This versatile front kitchen pod is available in Standard Plywood, Birch Laminated Colours or Hexa Grip Birch Plywood.
Standard Hardwood Plywood
Budget friendly Hardwood Plywood. This option will require finishing either painting, Staining, Sealing/Varnishing etc… B/BB Grade Plywood, one side will have less imperfections than the other and may have some slight imperfections being the budget friendly option.
Laminated Birch Plywood
Birch Ply laminated with High Pressure Laminate, available in a variety of colours. Natural edges meaning no need for plastic edge T-Trim.
Hexa Plywood
Hexa is a slip-resistant and decorative coated plywood panel.
The panel is manufactured from birch veneers glued together in cross-banded construction. The product is coated with brown film with imprinted hexagonal friction pattern.
The panel is suitable for the transport industry, i.e. for delivery vans, and warehouse floors, stage platforms, and scaffolding loading platforms where slip resistance and decorative looks are needed.
It is also very well suited to all camper van furniture due to its tough durability and longevity.
We recommend you treat all edges with OSMO Poly-X.
Compatible with many different vans including VW T5 T6, Ford Transit Custom, Transit, Vivaro, Trafic etc.. it may also fit other medium vans, always double check measurements before purchase!

Self Build
The kit will be delivered “Flat Packed” via courier or pallet delivery. You will require basic tools for assembly and skills to build the unit. Whilst we try to make the kits as simple as possible, it may require some modification to fit your van depending on variables such as floor height, arch insulation etc…
If you don’t feel confident in building this kit please contact us and we can offer a pre-built service for you (+£100)
Kits can be assembled within about 2 hours.
Tools Required: Electric Screwdriver or Impact Driver, Pozidrive Screwdriver.
